This works great for remote monitoring, I’m not sure I fully understand that when I’m away from home, I can’t actually communicate with the bridge, but it is communicating with the cloud, so I can see the tank level, it was simple to set up and I feel comfortable with that.

Easy setup. Just works. Downloaded the app, pushed the sync button—paired. Did that 4 times for 4 sensors. No issues over the last six months of use. Want personalization? You can setup each tank sensor with names, how often it updates, manually specify tank size, and more. I also purchased the Mopeka Gauge display and Bluetooth/WiFi Bridge. I don’t have to use my phone with the Gauge but it’s a simple push/button check. Personally, I find myself using my phone mostly, which is where the Bridge has worked flawlessly for checking remotely (not at home within Bluetooth range). Full-Time RVers: get this system. I had a tank on the ground during freezing/thawing weather. Water got into a sensor and broke it. I ordered one of the newer sensors that does more than just propane. It took me 5 seconds to pair the new sensor and 30 more seconds to name, specify tank size, read timers, and more. Note: I did find that while remotely checking, I would have to, from the Account tab, tap the Location symbol to change it to a Cloud symbol, then immediately change them back, to get a readout. Took all of a few seconds. Note2: Create an account after downloading the app to use the remote capability. Local Bluetooth only use does not require an account.

Awesome device. NOT A STANDALONE DEVICE! This sends data from your other Mopeka sensor device to their servers so that you can check your tank from anywhere in the world. You need a sensor to work with this device. This is the sensor I chose: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BKLFQ3CL/ The device requires a (free) account with Mopeka to work, and their (free) app. It attaches to your home wifi network, connects to your sensor device via long-range Bluetooth, then puts the sensor reading on Mopeka's servers. You connect to their servers via the app. Now you can monitor your tank levels from anywhere in the world. (Well, anywhere in the world with an internet connection.) THIS IS A GAME-CHANGER if you are not always at the tank location (summer home, you travel for work, etc). If you are always at the same location as the tank, you do not need this device. Downside: The engineers at Mopeka are brilliant engineers. But it looks like someone let them write the instructions and the app. Oh well. The instructions are accurate, just follow them exactly. The app is fantastic once it is set up. During setup it can take the app a long time (think 1/2 hour) to acknowledge the existence of your tank, especially if you are setting up a second device on the same account. You will think you messed up. You didn't. Just follow the instructions exactly and be patient.

This thing was rock solid for 8 months and now it has disconnected on me twice in 3 months. I confirmed it wasn’t my network and in fact I can see the device connected to my network but it’s no longer getting a signal from my Pro+. The Pro+ works fine via Bluetooth, but I’m normally not at the location where I have the Pro+ hence the need for the bridge. I did try tech support in November and they offered the absolute bare minimum support and didn’t solve my issue. The only thing that worked was deleting the app, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app and then readding the Pro+ and bridge. After that it worked for about a month and now it’s broken again. Don’t buy this unless you only need it to work for about 25 days at a time between resets, I wouldn’t trust it last that.

I love being able to check my tank levels from anywhere. It was easy to setup and pair, and has worked consistently for months. The only thing to be aware of is you have to type in the WIFI info manually, so it’s case sensitive. No mis-capitalzation or spaces!

Little tricky to set up at first but it works great once you get it going. I travel for work pretty much full time and live out of my RV. This makes it super easy to keep track of my gas level when I'm away during the colder months. But to mention no more propane tanks running out at 0300, since that seems to be the only time they run empty. Just check it before bed and switch over if you need to. I leave mine in the forward cargo compartment in my travel trailer so it's about equidistant from the tank sensors and the router. Haven't had any issues with reception or anything negative at all.

Easy setup BUT, we live in a steel building so the Bluetooth signals cannot reach the unit which is not a fault of the unit, it’s physics. An optional outdoor antenna would make this much more adaptable.

The device was easy to install and connect to my phone. I gave it 4 stars instead if 5 because the app could be much better, but it works flawlessly

Monitor and bridge work well together. Getting readings just slightly below what tank gauge reads.

Product not working, all the 3 green Leds on, + yellow led of communication flashing, but despite of this the system (sensor + bridge is unable to send to my cell phone the tank level information. I do not know what is wrong, Mopeka support diagnose the bluetooth signal too weak (but the bridge detect is (at my cell phone too when it is close by one meter to the sensor. The bridge was installed closer than 1 meter to the sensor. In summary, not functional at all, I do not recommend this product. The bridge was installed and connected to my 2.4GHz wifi with success.

Fait la job demandée. Sensor tres fragile, parfois un peu difficile a bien centrer au départ. Donne parfois l'info que réservoir plein et 10 minutes apres que le réservoir est vide. Pourtant, sensor bien placé. Alors bon produit, mais pas efficace a 100%. En mode essai pour un premier été.

The Mopeka Tank Check Bluetooth/WiFi Router Bridge works well on a local network, reliably connecting my tank sensors to the Mopeka app and providing accurate tank level readings. However, the device fails to perform effectively over the internet; the connection consistently drops and has never worked unless I am on the local network. This makes remote monitoring nearly impossible and significantly limits the device's usefulness for accessing tank data from outside the trailer.
