VOSS Still Artesian Water 800ml

Tastes no different to tap water

There is a slight damage to name a bit annoying it is glass. It came in a very big box which I think is odd. Really just bought it for the bottle needed a decent size water bottle

I brought this Voss water on Amazon as I I shattered my glass water bottle and needed something quick to replace it for the work week ahead and didn’t have time to do the research - whilst I have now replaced my glass drinking bottle I do still use the Voss glass bottles as they are 800ml and made from thick glass.The water itself does taste very different from Tap or filtered water - it has a clean distinct taste.I use the bottles now to store my green juice / smoothies and also for fruit infused waters - just because they are glass and obviously keep juices etc much colder in the fridge.As mentioned they hold 800ml and made of glass so are heavier than your average bottle of water

The water is nice and refreshing but its water, I bought 5 of these just for the bottles and they are great.nice and thick glass bottle which means they are a little heavy when full but are as good if not better and definitely cheaper than buying glass bottles like it and the norway water is a bonus.One thing i have noticed is that the weakness of these bottles is the screw top, if you over tighten then the top can break, I have lost a bottle to this.I filter water from the tap and then put it in into these bottles and store them in the fridge and they are amazing, i would 5 star them if not for the cap being a little weak but now i know i will be less forcefull tightening the cap.if your debating buying these for the bottles then i would definitely recomend them.

First I wasn’t very happy because half of the writing was scratched off the bottle and I mainly bought it for the bottle. It was sealed though . The taste, I don’t understand what all the hype is about because it honestly tastes no different than any other bottled water. In fact I think the bottles of Smart Water are better taste wise

I think there is a large consensus that we admire the bottle. The packaging it was supplied within is wasteful.VOSS water does not taste like tap water. There is a very distinct Iron tang to it. Nor does it taste like filtered water. It's unique and very distinctBut that bottle though? It's heavy and very thick. I shall quaff my water and reuse.If I am going to be frank, I'll buy more in case of accidental breakages. One can never be too careful!

I'm not sure whether to review the water or the bottle. Does anybody actually buy it for the water? Aren't we all here for the bottle?Anyway, we did a blind taste test on the water. Identical glasses, identical temperature, label underneath, shuffled. Voss vs London tap water through a Brita filter jug. My partner couldn't taste the difference. I thought the Voss had a more mineral character and I preferred it, but not enough to justify the cost.The bottle, on the other hand, is just what I needed to make cold brew coffee. It lies flat in the fridge in the bottle rack, taking up minimal space but, crucially, ensuring maximal surface contact between coffee and water. I would have liked it to have a wider mouth for easy cleaning, but my bottle brush will cope. The glass is thick and substantial and the plastic screw cap looks like it should put up with a lot of usage. The text on the bottle is printed onto the glass, not on a clear patch sticker. Classy! If it's the bottle that you want, it's money well spent.

Excellent taste to the water. Clean and fresh taste.Water is supplied in a sturdy glass bottle with a stew cap.No after taste that you sometimes can get with water in a plastic bottle.Excellent quality, if not a bit pricey per litre.
