A superb product. I purchased the shampoo only and realised a dramatic effect after the first use. It tones down any brassiness and doesn't dry out your hair like the purple shampoo products bought in the stores. I have now used it twice and am very pleased with the results.

I really like how pigmented this mask is. You get the same results as blue shampoo, without the drying effects of shampoo.

I bought this mask after a bit of research on YouTube and reading the amazon reviews, after pre lightening my hair. I’m trying to lighten to a dark ash blonde following a year of ruby red hair. It’s been difficult to get rid of the red, and each time I’ve lightened and toned it’s left yellow at the top and orange through the lengths and underneath. This arrived, on time as described. I used the matrix brass off shampoo first applied directly onto dry hair, and left for ten minutes, then I rinsed and repeated the process. I towelled off my hair so about 60% dry and applied the mask to my hair. I left this for ten minutes before rinsing. The only reason I didn’t give this five stars was the bizarre reaction the product had with the packaging. I used gloves, and you must make sure you do, and be careful where you get it round the bathroom, this is messy to use, but worth it, it stains, but that is the point of a pigment shampoo and treatment. When I squeezed the tube the second time, the foil off the label splintered and transferred to the gloves in bits and all over the bathroom. It was everywhere. I then had to clean up and re glove, thank fully I had a second set, before continuing. So the labelling on the packaging is awful. But that pales in comparison to the result of the product, and the results were amazing. My hair is a lovely toned ashy shade with silvery highlights. Also the condition of my hair has improved Immensely, I have wavy hair, very damaged from the recent stripping and pre lightening, and when I wake up after a night of sweating my hair is all crinkled and like straw, since using this I’ve had straight hair for two days and my hair feels silky. The product is amazing but the packaging on the mask isn’t great, it’s weird as I’ve not had any issues with the packaging of the shampoo?!?

I used this mask as instructed on my well over due for colour balayage mid brown dark blonde hair that can look brassy. It was ok, not brilliant, not the miracle I was hoping for but only a hairdresser can sort out real issues I suppose. It will tide you over in a pandemic and makes my hair smooth but isn’t a cure for bad brassiness. Be careful as it will stain anything it touches, nails, grout, skin, your scalp 🤪

What a waste of £30 does absolutely nothing.

Best product I’ve used to get rid of brassiness.Leaves hair super soft and smells good too. Much better than wella and L’Oréal products.

Didn't deposit any colour at all. Maybe helped moisturise hair??
