I love this shoe. This is a hiking shoe but I wore it at work on a 12 hrs shift. It is lightweight and airy. I can feel the air circulating as I walk which is good in the hot summer days. There is enough room in the toe box. The best part is I got this when it was on sale.

Q: Do they have good arch support?

Yes I think so although I still put my own additional inserts in as well for extra comfort. But they are extremely comfortable right off the bat.
