These came in absolute wonders following my breast augmentation surgery to reduce swelling and pain. As it’s also a gel formula it’s quite flexible even when frozen

Perfect remedy
I'm on my feet all day and my ankle plays up . I put pk in the freezer and use it relieve pain . It's amazing help 😀

Just the job for my knee pain!
