Took a little over an hour to build. The instructions are simple but minimal. Everything came separately in two boxes, which include the base, two back support, two arms, and the cushions (two back cushions, two seat cushions, and two square pillows.). It also came with the all of the tools/nuts/washers needed to put everything together. When the rods are inserted in the arms or back support, lining up to insert them into the holes predrilled into the base was a bit difficult and seemed to not line up correctly. The wood from the base becomes a bit splintered once the rods are inserted, but slowly lining everything up and wiggling it in did the trick. The arms aren't particularly comfortable and well cushioned, but they're fine with the pillows. The back cushions are incredibly soft, whereas the seat cushions are a bit more firm with a nice amount of give. I'd imagine it would get softer with time, but for now, it's a good firmness that I'm enjoying.

The couch came in two huge boxes that were a little hard to get down into our basement apartment but we got it in eventually. The couch took about an hour and a half for my husband and I to put together and it took a little bit of effort to get the pieces for the frame to fit together. We've had it for about a month and it' held up fine! The back pillows get weird after being on it for a while but you just have to re-fluff them and it's fine. Good couch for the money.

I'd give this couch and company 0 stars if I could. I haven't even had the couch 3 months and it's already falling apart. Furniture Mania refuses to do anything about it. I buy from Amazon regularly and I'm terribly disappointed that I'm stuck with an extremely low quality product that cost me almost $300.

I did not even want to give this one star, but I guess I could because the fabric is nice. Other than that it is the cheapest piece of junk I have bought in a long time. I am afraid for anyone to sit on it, it will fall apart. Not easy to put together, wood is cheap

I love this couch, very cute and easily assembled by myself.

This couch is garbage. Made poorly. one of the arm rest is sunken in. The back pillows don't hold their shape. Not comfortable at all. Should have paid more for a better constructed couch.

It’s beautiful. Compliments keep coming. The velvet is so soft. It is firm but comfortable.
