I was very surprised at the quality of the handrails. Instructions was a simple picture but I was able to put them up rather easy. Just be sure to have the needed tools (in addition to the ones that come with it) of level, drill with bit to pre drill the holes and ratchet socket set to attach bolt to the steps. They provide a tool for the bolts but we found a socket worked much better. It did include a couple of extra pieces so we kept them in case we need them in future. They are very sturdy. Highly recommend

This product was easy to install. Pleasing to the eyes and seems to very durable. Even though it is a good product, I feel it is somewhat overpriced.

As stated in my title the railing itself was good and fairly easy to put together. I ran into problems with the anchor bolts, two of which did not engage properly. I was unable to remove them but ended up rigging the base so it was stable.

I got this product for my 82 yo father. There is a major concern that he could slip or fall on the cement steps at his house and we needed to remedy that. My husband installed the railing and we feel it is a stable, quality product. It provides peace of mind and added safety for my dad.

If I could give this product negative stars I would! Seemed very nice and sturdy. However, not even a year old and it’s rusted out and needs to be replaced!
