Great drink for diabetics!!
My husband is in a nursing home being diabetic and thickened the juices they offer are not good for diabetics way too much sugar. It's great to have something for him to enjoy without the sugars!!

Electrolytes lead to high sodium - not good for elderly
Bought for my mom who is elderly. Be careful when you order this. Electrolytes increase sodium level and can cause fatigue and diahhrea. That is what we are facing now as a result of these drinks. They may be good for some but not for all. Know what you are doing and know your circumstances before purchasing.
