Very Effective, I Should Have Bought it First.
Great fit and comfort. This gets the cold to where the cold needs to get! Its even better than the ice bag because it conforms to the foot and ankle and does away with the need to wrap .

Absolutely awesome brought the swelling in my ankle down quickly & I could walk around, highly recommend it.

Really like the boot but
This boot is very heavy and does not heat like it says it does, but it is nice for your foot once its heated up. This is the only hot pack for sore feet I found that heats up all around the foot and not just the bottom. Would recommend hugely.. the only real con is there is only one of them.. I will be ordering another one asap so I have both for the winter and my really cold feet..
