Good, little flimsy, but usable with reasonable care
Pros:- does the job clean.- much easier to desolder with this iron+pump device.- PCB remains clean.- PCB damages during desolder can be avoided.Neutral: Ok for the money spent to buy. Neither cheap nor is this exorbitantly priced.Cons:- short power cable.- heats up more than required, hence manual switch on and off required when the use is not continuous.Observation: It may last for about 250 desolders in my opinion - provided it is carefully used.
