J Mac Botanicals Organic Raspberry Leaves, loose leaf tea 4 ounce

Got this for the rumors that it helps with cramps and have tested it to varies levels of effect. I believe it does work and the longer I steep it the better it seems to perform! Be warned that you will have to pick out some of the larger stems. As a reminder: this is NOT raspberry tea. It’s the leaf and it will taste darker and more bitter if you’re expecting a fruity flavor. I drink tea regularly in place of coffee and thought it was a pleasant taste. I recommend adding honey or creamer if it’s not to your liking. Chobani will make it extra good!

Raspberry leaf tea has a nice tannic flavor, coming closest to a black tea among the herbal teas I've tried. This brand has good flavor and was much less expensive than whatever brand I had purchased previously, without loss of quality. I buy it solely for making iced tea during the summer, and cannot comment on its purported health benefits.

I drink a wide variety of loose leaf teas. I ordered this product for the benefits to women and stuff. The white fluff is unusual but also noted it in other buyers' pictures. Seems like a filler of sorts but the tea brewed and steeped nicely. The taste is floral and light. 3 Tbs in my pot created a nice rich colored smooth tasting Raspberry tea. While I drank it warm for the first taste, I typically ice my teas after they have cooled down and store in fridge to drink over the next few days. Cannot attest to any benefits as of yet but when the morning comes, I have expectations.
