Fits as well as the manufacture’s one. Had it for a few months and now it keeps on disconnecting if You hit a big bump or occasionally when you open the hatch.

This cargo cover is an excellent, sturdy accessory for the Mazda CX-5. Installation took less than a minute - despite having no instructions, the main support springs easily fit into pre-existing brackets behind the rear seats, and the cover clips securely into place on the lift gate. After a month of use, the cover still works flawlessly with no rattling noises. It provides full coverage of the cargo area when closed.
