Handy Manny Tooling Around [DVD]

Description

Product Description Collection of favourite episodes from the Disney animated series following the adventures of Handy Manny the builder and his team of talkative tools. This instalment also features a brand new episode entitled 'Squeeze's Day Off'. desertcart.co.uk Review Kids who can't get enough of Bob the Builder should also enjoy Handy Manny. Manny Garcia (voiced by Wilmer Valderrama, That '70s Show) is a genial handyman in the town of Sheetrock Hills who--with the assistance of his talking tools, which range from a workaholic pair of pliers to an anxiety-prone monkey wrench--helps his friends and neighbours keep their homes and businesses in good repair. Each of the five episodes included on Tooling Around has a simple moral lesson related to using the right tool for the right job (emphasising that everyone has something special about them) and the importance of working together. Meanwhile, the candy store owner next door provides examples of the bad consequences of trying to do too much by yourself. The stories and dialogue are simple but colourful and kids may end up singing the short but peppy songs nonstop. Also included on Tooling Around is a simple game that cultivates memory skills as kids try to remember where the appropriate tools are located in Manny's workshop. --Bret Fetzer
