The bag itself feels amazing, using very thick material and it is also nicely padded. Having waterbottle holders on both sides is very nice. There is a front pocket and a main pocket which has many pockets to keep smaller things. The zipper is a little hard to use but it looks very neat and flat when it is zipped. It functions well as a laptop bag but Im using this as a school bag and it fits everything I need. The bag straps are adjustable. They make it very easy to carry and it feels lightweight even with many things in it.

Wonderful product, wonderful quality at this price. 1 Star is only for WORST DELIVERY system, WORST CUSTOMRE CARE Service. Amazon have worst delivery system, as no one can connect to delivery agaent, I Tried atlist 20+ calls to delivery guy, he didnt pick it up. And I didnt get this product even aftr 6-7 days even while having amazon prime. Everytime I COntacted customare care on chat/call they kept giving me assruance which was Usless, because thing which they promised nevr happened. Amazon sent me mails so 2-3 times that " Your product will be delivered Today" but it didnt.
