Is the measurement internal or external?

I would have to say the 32mm is the internal measurement - I believe all sizes of of conduit/kopex are stated for their internal measurements to indicate what can be put through them. This particular product is only 2-3mm thick and comes with handy joining couplings designed to fit it. The key requirement from my perspective is to get enough of the same product to complete your job - trying to join two different brands of conduits is a risk even if they are stated to be the same size as they can be made from different grade/strength plastics and have a different thickness.

Does this have a drawstring?

No Drawstring, you have to feed the cable through the conduit by hand.

Does anyone know what thread size the glands are for the 20mm conduit?

They are 20mm. They will go through a 20mm hole or screw into a 20mm metric threaded hole.
