10" Forceps Straight Stainless Steel Lockable Position For Carp Pike Sea Fishing Made By NGT

Sturdy forceps that I required to aid me with restringing a 36-inches tall doll that has very limited size arms and legs access holes to the inside of the body. Adjustable notches helped to clamp the end of the elastic to prevent it from getting lost inside the doll. If you've never restrung a doll, let's just say it's an 'experience'! This gadget helped the operation run more smoothly and without me resorting to swearing and cursing. No doubt the forceps have got other uses as well and maybe in due course I might discover one or two more. A handy little tool to have, especially if you've dropped something where your fingers can't go to retrieve it (there, I've already just found another use for it).

These forceps from ngt tackle are exactly as you would expect them to be, just much cheaper than other options. Long enough to deal with large pike whislt keeping your hands safe, five clip locking clips giving excellent grip too the hook, simply no reason to spend ten pounds plus for products that are of the same quality. Again ngt save me money whilst not compromising on performance.

Over the last several months, I have been fishing quite a lot. Invariably, anglers will have that situation that requires forceps, rather than a disgorger. I've used these on several occassions & they have been brilliant. Not only are they long enough to access the hook when it's right down the fish's throat, but the lockable handle ensures that you don't need to grip them tight just to keep a grip on the hook - just grip it & squeeze the handles together to lock them in place - you can then extract the hook with ease. The 10" version suited me perfectly for the times I've needed them (any shorter & I would have struggled to extract the hook). The stainless steel looks good & always looks clean when using on a fish (which is all part of fish safety). They are also a great price for what you get, considering that the top brands are much more expensive. NGT seem to have got the Quality Vs Price balance just right.

Use for carp fishing

Used these to retrieve a pipe that got disconnected on an engine,worked amazingly well ,they were very robust and flexible. Definitely a good purchase.

Its perfect for clamping since its hads free, i tryed to use for fishing unhooking but tip not so good on grip
