Can I use this bag on a wheelchair

If the wheelchair has handles then they might get in the way, however I use this bag with my electric wheelchair (with no handles) and it's been perfect

What are the dimensions of the bag when expanded. I am particularly interested in the depth.

Internal measurement for the Staveley XL Bag extended outwards in the base is 8 1/2 inches / 21.5 cms. It is a good quality bag doesn’t guarantee it’s waterproof, I line mine with a bin bag. I hope this has been helpful

how can i claim vat relief for this bag through amazon

First check they are charging VAT, if they are u need to send message saying what yr health issues are.
