It gives you the option to change to 11 from 11s at start up of your new laptop . I've been able to set mine up as I wish. 11s tries to control downloads. If you like that, you can keep at 11s.

does this come with windows office?

It comes with a trial installation for a short period of time (I do not remember now how long, maybe it was a month or so) after which one you have to purchase a license unless you already have one which you can then transfer to your new device
