I’m extremely impressed! I’m almost 50 and my hearing is shot. This headset has plenty of volume and absurd clarity. The only thing wrong, is it’s little heavy. I bought an off brand and struggled with it for months. 1/2 guessing what people were saying on the phone. Now I can hear everything. Very high quality from BlueParrott.

Overall, the build quality of this headset is good and it feels solid and well made. The sound and noise canceling are decent, and when it works, it performs well for calls. However, I’m not very satisfied with this purchase because the headset disconnects frequently, which is frustrating during use. I previously owned an older BlueParrott model, and that one worked flawlessly with a very stable connection, so this feels like a step backward in reliability. Because of the constant disconnecting, it doesn’t meet my expectations, especially compared to the older version. Good quality materials, but the connection issues really affect the overall experience.

Great for me buying a trucker little bulky but ok I had old blue parrot 13 years old was time to replace glad I picked this version was a bit expensive but with the option of having two ear pieces on is more comfortable than the one this version is a good blue parrot option even comes with carry case

No where near the quality of my old 350. I thought I was getting an upgrade since my old headset fell apart after almost 4 years but I have so many issues with these. First of all, no where near the range! I can leave the phone on the cradle which is on the windshield of my tractor and I can’t even get the distance of a pup and it’s already cutting off the signal. With a 53ft trailer, it’s gone. If I add the second earpiece, the headset will reset itself and I will hear a prompt that says “Connected” but I have no sound! I have to disconnect and reconnect in order to use it. The design is flawed. They advertise it as “over the ear”….NOT!!! Unless you have the ears of a child, the fit will not work! I wear glasses so I like the over ear to keep from crushing my ears which this still crushes them. The noise cancellation is a joke! If I turn it on I get this overwhelming pressure and a reverb from whatever sound my tractor makes. In clear mode, the sound outside that’s being picked up is super high pitched and annoying. I have an IPhone and I do know that Apple seems to make non apple devices not so user friendly to keep us buying solely their products. Not sure if this is the case in my woes. But I never had any of these issues with BP 350. The good…the battery life is still amazing, hands free answering, and sound quality is still very good. It could be a little louder though in my opinion. Also, the App is beyond useless!! Sometimes it doesn’t even find my headset.
