I’m giving this product 4 stars as I believe there is a big aspect missing. I did not get this product to mount my phone, although that’s a good secondary use for it..I got this product so I could mount my GoPro session to my iPhone 7. Since GoPro session doesn’t have a screen, this is a super super handy attachment to give the GoPro a screen! However, the secondary screw that is needed in order to pull this off is not included with this attachment. Aka THERE IS NO WAY TO MOUNT YOUR GOPRO TO YOUR PHONE WITH THIS ATTACHMENT ALONE. I had to purchase a separate set of screws in order to make it work the way I want. Such a great life hack for people with a session, I highly recommend including the screw needed for this, even if it raises the price a bit. Would be a much more versatile product.

This mount is just what I wanted, but slightly too small to fit my iPhone XR w/the larger Otter box until I removed the rubber at the shallower end of the mount. This allowed the the phone to clip in at that end. The mount works well for my use, but I would not use it in extreme situations since it has only 2 contact points and is spring loaded. In my opinion the design is at its max because of the newer heavier, bulkier phones. This mount should work well for most activities and I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This product is sturdy and beyond, plus it fits with pretty much any tripod. This will not disappoint

The media could not be loaded.  The products is great! Functional and easy to use with most of cases. Overall, perfect!Can mounted on any GoPro mount. Very flexible.

I bought this kit along with another to create a custom cellphone / go pro mount, It has worked out perfectly. Fits my Iphone Xr well

I bought this because it is one of only a few smartphone holders that I've seen that can hold an iphone 7/8 plus (with a case on). It works exactly as described. the GoPro mount takes this one over the top as far as usability
