What a great purchase for my PC. Easy to install, color is great, and this is a must have accessory for any PC builder. I can't believe the performance I am getting after installing this with higher pressure fans on my AIO. My CPU is running way cooler now and the performance is insane. I am running a 7700X and was having issues thermal throttling and after installing this and new fans on my AIO I knocked off 10-12c. I have now installed higher pressure fans on my Intake and have knocked almost 20C of my CPU and my setup runs cool and is a beast for gaming. If you have a hot running CPU just buy this and couple it with higher intake fans on your AIO you will knock off 8-10c. Very happy with my cooling now and will always have this CPU bracket on all my builds moving forward. This thing looks way better in my case and gives me piece of mind knowing I am running cooler. Great value for the money and has helped me reach my cooling goals. An added bonus is having alot of the space around the bracket filled up for thermal paste. You can add a little more paste and it wont get into the mount and CPU. Love this thing.

This isn't needed for AM5 but it's helpful a clean setup and did make it a bit easier to confidently mount the AIO with equal pressure. It's worth the small expense if you're setting up a high end system. I probably wouldn't recommend purchasing this if building out a budget build but you probably wouldn't consider it for that anyways.

No issues. Solid little contact frame. Using version 1 so no issues on any x3D cpu's

Used with a thermal grizzly kryosheet. Perfect for creating a flush/level surface for a sheet thats larger than the cpu. Anodized aluminum means it is not conductive, allowing sheet to sit on cpu and cpu bracket and make contact with the entire cooler contact plate. Took my thermals down by 4c on average.Plus it looks cool

I am perfectly satisfied with how I can go a little bit extra on the thermal paste now and not get worried it's going to ruin anything. It helped me drop about 2 degree celcius also. Could it be the frame, or the extra paste? Who knows, but I am happy.

Fits perfectly

I wasn't sure about these but I have read about the ihs bending issues with AM5 (and some of the newer intel chips) so when I got my 9800x3d I figured I'd try to avoid ruining an $800 chip by bending it.The thing looks great (I went with the red option) and fits into the place of the old cpu mounting bracket perfectly. I can imagine there might be some cooler compatibility issues with edge cases but I have not had any. It's built really well, at least as well as a single machined piece of aluminum can be. It doesn't seem to impact cooling negatively or positively in my experience as it doesn't really interface with the coolers it goes around the chip to keep an even pressure around all edges to prevent bending.Definitely worth it for peace of mind if you have an expensive chip that you want to know isn't going to bend.

Good fit, easy install. Does it really lower temp… maybe a little bit it’s cool and inexpensive. Used on an Arous x870e and a 7800x3d
