I first tried this exact version of Sensodyne Pronamel in a 3 pack from one of the big warehouse, club stores. This will sound funny but the tube itself is so much better than any tubes. I have very big hands and everybody says, "squeeze from the bottom of the tube". I do and it still squeezes the middle and top of the tube. They've used some kind of higher quality material on the tube so that it has its own slight suction. You squeeze the paste out, let go and it pulls any excess back in and the tube looks like brand new. That taste is light and refreshing. The taking away cold sensitivity works. I had to wear braces on my teeth from ages 9 to 15. That's what caused my teeth to be sensitive. I can't bite into ice cream or even a popsicle. It will give me shaking cold chills. Cold drinks also flare up the sensitivity. When using this, I still have trouble with the popsicles and can't seem to force myself to bite into an ice cream (think Klondike bars, for example) but it removes the cold liquid sensitivity and that's a big deal since I drink a lot of cold fluid each day. The price here is pretty good. I went to buy another 3 pack of it at the warehouse, club store and bought the wrong pack. I bought the, I guess, older Sensodyne not Pronamel. So, I ordered this pack to hold me over until we go back to the club store. So, great tube, great taste and takes away my cold sensitivity on drinks. That's a good deal.

Although a good deal more costly than other toothpastes, this has actually been my favorite for several years now. Have tried maybe a handful of other brands and varieties, but I found none that were even okay. I don’t necessarily notice significant whitening - maybe prevention of any discoloration. But the fact that it supports the all important enamel, which “does not grow back or repair itself”, is of great importance to me. Furthermore, I have a couple teeth that have some degree of gum recession, which can occasionally be painful or really uncomfortable with any specific pressure; the sensitivity factor helps with that as well. My teeth can also become cold sensitive on occasion and this Sensodyne toothpaste completely eliminates that from happening. And, just as important to me as any other appealing factor, is the flavor. Overall, I don’t care for most types of minty products, especially most other toothpastes. I certainly have no real trouble with “junior mints”, but toothpaste mint flavor can be quite hard to tolerate at times. This mint flavor (I think alpine is what it’s called in this variety), although I don’t “love” it, I can always seem to tolerate it without ending up with that sort of thrashing of the tongue/mouth when I’m done!! It’s never bothersome, really. A+ fir that. Definitely worth a try for all of it’s labeled uses, even with the added cost. The value, quality and benefits are all there to make it certainly worthwhile!!

Great for my sensitive teeth. In fact, I can’t go more than a week without this brand toothpaste. It helps keep my gum healthy and me teeth sensitivity to the minimum. However, the whitening effect is not noticeable (hence gentle). I bought this when on sale so definitely worth the money.

Sensodyne is a great product for sensitive teeth. With this specific toothpaste, it’s designed to gently whiten your teeth too. Other brands often promote whitening toothpaste, but they are often too harsh on the teeth and make them badly sensitive. So, Sensodyne is such a great way to get those pearly whites while saving your teeth from pain!
