Bas experience, I was waiting for this headset since 3 weeks as it was showing sold out. even sent mail to company for its availability, they said they are upgrading it and will launch with new and extended features.Finally, it was again available, i ordered and voila, the mic doesn't work at all on any of my devices, android, iPhone, windows laptop. Gladly, return and refund was seamless.

I was searching for headphones that wouldn't harm my ears, as I’ve faced issues like earwax buildup and irritation from using regular in-ear headphones and earphones. After some research, I came across the Earsafe Comm Open-Air Conduction Headphones on Amazon and decided to try them out.From the moment I started using them, I was very satisfied. They are comfortable and cause no pain or irritation, even after long periods of use. I bought the model with a long mic especially for communication purposes. At first, I was concerned about the mic quality—it seemed to record at a lower volume. Later, I discovered the communication mode, which made a noticeable difference in mic performance.However, one area that definitely needs improvement is the noise cancellation. When I tested the headset outdoors, I found that background noise was more dominant than my voice, which makes it less ideal for calls or recordings in noisy environments.Despite this, I really like the product overall. The design is sleek, and the battery life is solid. Whether I'm using it in music mode or communication mode, it serves well—especially in quiet indoor settings. I’d recommend it for ear safety and comfort, but not for heavy outdoor communication use.

Review after 1 week of usePro:- voice quality is good- design is good, very less weight- fit perfectly as it very flexible- charge within 1 hour- range is also okCons:- charge is very sensitive - need a good charger design- at a time it can connect only single device (duel connection is not available)- their is no auto connect feature between two devices (most of time manually it has to connect)- battery life is not good , max 3 to 4 hour of continuous use

I brought this headset especially for communication (skype/zoom/teams) as I already have NG Earsafe w/o extra mic earlier.A WARNING of caution though i.e if you have an existing bluetooth 4.x or any other transmittor/chip to which you are connecting this headset then you might face jittering issues like I faced when I tried connecting with my older laptops with bluetooth 4 connectivity. Use only Bluetooth v5 or Bluetooth 5.3v minimum for its connection.Mic performance is good in this price range and I am able to communicate happily. Its range is limited max of another room as it's of bluetooth v5.2 and not v5.3 but still a good range overall.I would love if NG can have it zoom and skype certified as that would give us additional buttons to toggle mute from device itself.As it's an open ear so don't expect this headset for music performance but you can use it for a while. Its main USP is teams communication and proabably podcasts too. As its open year to its must for summers as no sweating around ears.Battery is good so far, works for 3 hours minimum so far.Another good thing is it's bluetooth 5.2. I would be happier more if NG could upgrade this to bluetooth v5.3 as there a big signal range difference between v5.3 and v5.2. I already have bluetooth v5.3 transmitter. I am hopeful NG will look into it for future versions.It's rain proof as well as have tested in a little rain during bike (for short route).Overall good ratio of price to performance for people who are looking in this budget range. Will recommend NG again to launch a bluetooth v5.3 asap.

Product and quality wise it is good but working wise it is not at all good. Reason for saying like this is while using in noisey area your voice will get suppress and outer voice will be listened by the other party and it is not serving the purpose what I used to buy it for. Battery life is okay after 1 charge maximum 6-7hrs after using it continuously. Noise cancellation feature is of no use in this Earsafe product.
