An interesting book

it is not a DIY book for the self but it is an introduction to the process. I have found it useful read.

Perfect for deciphering parts of the self

I did a lot of soul searching through this book and yet I do feel this is not something you can read about rather experience

a very long winded book which is rather tedious to read.basically it's about returning to your inner core ,deleting negative programming,and moving onwards with a new positive mindset.this is a book really made for those that have some strong psychological problems with themselves and life,and i can't see it being of use at all to those that would not describe themselves like this.i read half of the book and scanned the rest,found it to be quite useless information.would not reccomend this book to anyone except maybe someone that was seeing a psychaitrist.

Great Book helps me realize how to let go of the past and move forward and do let your past take over your life .

All good but my mistake in that the two books I purchased were the same book simply different editions. My error.

If you haven't been able to attend an actual Hoffman Process, this is a great start. Deep reading and self reflection. Highly recommend if you can find this book, get it.

I couldn't read it yet, but the book is in shape.
