Most Irritating irresponsible company product
I bought the Shokz open move Bluetooth wireless headphones expecting a reliable, premium bone conduction headset for regular useage.Within a year, the soeak stopped working during normal usage (daily runs, about an hour) and the battery backup is also not up the mark. To their credit, Shokz replaced the unit under warranty. However, within a year, the replacement unit developed the same issue speaker is not auible again.What’s more concerning is the response after that. Despite this being a repeated failure across two units, I was denied a replacement because the warranty is tied to the original purchase date. The only solution offered was a discount to buy another unit...In later communication, Shokz acknowledged that:The issue can occur any because many reasons and there is no permanent fixThis raises serious concerns about product reliability, especially for a device marketed for active use.At this price point, you expect durability - not repeated failure of the same component..Would strongly recommend considering alternatives unless this issue is addressed more transparently and responsibly..

Good technology, not always comfortable
Does the job, works as expected. I did my first half marathon with this. Honestly, after 1hr+, it hurts the top of my ears so I have to adjust, pull it up on my head. The more expensive options have the 'mini' size which is way more practical however they are too expensive. Receiving calls isn't good because the headset vibrates too much. I can turn down the volume and it kinda works. I listen to metal and rock music, it's great for that. Base is present, but it's not much. Good enough for my music taste. Overall excellent companion for on the road runs/cycling to be aware of traffic.

Bit pricy for the quality
Been using this for a little over 2 weeks now - decent product with good quality, but definitely over priced for the quality and comfort (or lack of it). My friend has a OpenRun version and the band is far more flexible and comfortable. For 10K INR, you should not have compromised on the comfort factor.

Perfekt für Homeoffice
Ich habe lange gehadert, ob ich wirklich so viel Geld für Kopfhörer ausgeben will. Vor allem, weil ich da dauernd was auszusetzen habe.Und dann hab ich mich doch drauf eingelassen. Vor allen Dingen, weil sie eben weder in noch auf den Ohren sitzen, denn das kann ich beides nicht leiden dauerhaft.Ich bereue es kein bisschen!Die Klangqualität ist gut, der Akku hält selbst mit vielen Telefonaten mehrere Tage und die Reichweite passt, um den Rechner mal verlassen und einen Kaffee holen gehen zu können.Der Bügel im Nacken ist für mich genau richtig (58 cm Kopfumfang) und drückt nicht. Ebensowenig drücken die Aufleger vor den Ohren.Von daher volle Punktzahl.Einzig nervig ist, dass sie nicht wirklich gut mit MS Teams zusammenarbeiten. Ich kann Gespräche nicht annehmen. Rufe ich wo an, höre ich weder Klingeln, noch Freizeichen - das ertönt erst, wenn ich aufgelegt habe. Nerviger geht es kaum.Geschlagen wird das nur von einem Tuten, wenn man sich im Call stummschaltet. Das nervt wirklich und lässt sich nur umgehen, indem man die Kopfhörer in den Systemeinstellungen stummschaltet. Das ist bei mir aber aufwendiger, als es in Teams zu tun.Also: wer Teams nutzt, sollte darauf gefasst sein.Da ich sie insgesamt aber genial finde und nicht mehr hergebe, kein Abzug.
