Esay steps
We use this in and as a step up to our planter box. It's portable and convenient to move from place to place. Really good quality. Stable & sturdy.

Extremely Scratched, beat up and bent.
I first want to start off by saying this item was initially listed at $119. When I went to purchase it, it went up to $149. When I received the box I was surprised to see another EXTREMELY beat-up box inside that read “Thanks to you, I get a second chance”. I did not order a used staircase, especially marked up used stairs. When I was starting to take out the pieces I noticed a bunch or scratches. After building the stairs with screws that were too short, I went to put the handles on and noticed the holes the pole go into were bent making it very difficult to get the poles in and forget about it being flush, as seen in photos. I bought these stairs for my business and I can’t use them because they look so unsafe and unprofessional. VERY DISSATISFIED!!

Love them
Not much for directions and no double stick tape but extra materials not needed

Heavy enough to stay in place
We had some issues with missing or damaged parts but persisted as I really needed the steps. The distance from my new house’s sunken concrete to the entry platform was more than I can manage. I love that the step pads completely stay in place without glue even when wet. Easy for me to assemble. These are very strong sturdy steps. So, not only for RVs. Perfect until I can afford new concrete sidewalk and steps which may be awhile.

Quality Control and details Lacking
It's for a jacuzzi. I was disappointed the instructions were unreadable consequently it's put together as shown in the picture sheet. The second hand rail cannot be put into the bottom step because the holder is dented. I lave two long screws left over and no idea what they are for. I am not able to pack this up for a return (Health and old age) but I do want a compensation for the incomplete product and the sloppy instructions.

Uplifting
This was simple to put together. I did have a little indent that a pole goes in but I used the wrench that comes with and gently pulled the indent out. I either didn’t get tape for the stair mats or I tossed tape. I also had four end caps that have no idea where they belong. Figure they came off the ends of the poles so I didn’t need them. I absolutely Love these steps and what a wonderful low price.

Worked one time but bent badly
I have another similar type of steps like this but from a different brand. Safe to say that this particular brand of steps is made from low grade materials as it bent upon first use. First and second step bent down the middle. Basically these are now useless because they are a potential falling hazard. I can’t recommend these unfortunately.

Not all there! Look for something else!
My wife and I thought this would be a great idea for our spa. The box arrived as scheduled but beat up completely. I really thought something inside was going to be damaged. Turns out one of the handrails was bent and one of the bottom parts of the handrail was bend. After some working with a wrench, I got the rails to fit after using a wrench to bed them back to shape. Then 1/2 through the build we find out that we were shorten hex nuts. So now we have to go to Ace Hardware and find hex nuts to finish the job. Normally when I have problems with Amazon, I return the item, but the box was so beaten up that we would have expended a whole role of duct tape just to get it sealed up. So, tomorrow off to Ace Hardware to find the parts we need to finish the stairs.
