Great money value
Received iPhone without any problems. I was shocked how good it looked, just like new, no scratches not even a single sign of use. But what blew my mind completely was the battery health at 100%! My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with the original box or accessories. But other than that, everything as expected!

Absolutely fantastic service and product
First off, the listing says that the delivery will take over a week, which isn’t correct. Mine was next day special delivery by 1PM from Royal Mail so it literally arrived the day after I ordered it, faster than Amazon shipping.Secondly, the phone itself is in pristine condition. There’s a couple small scuffs but at the end of the day, it’s a used phone, and they’re going to get some small scuffs. I’m over the moon about the condition of it, it’s perfect. All works perfectly with a battery healthy or 87% which is within the range stated in the description. The seller was also super helpful for me also. I required a separate customised invoice with specific device details for insurance purposes so I sent them a message and boom, within 24 hours, I had the exact invoice I required.Highly recommend the product and seller, just make sure it’s from the same seller I got (New Fone House).Highly recommend

pretty sure they tried to scam me
If I could give them 0 stars, I would.I had bought a refurbished Apple iPhone 14 Pro from this seller and it died within a month of use. The phone got stuck in a “reboot loop”, then died, and when I took it to apple they said it was due to a software issue and it would have been cheaper to just replace it via Amazon. There were multiple issues with the phone; the microphone didn’t work properly and it was device banned on snapchat, they really shouldn’t have sold the phone in the first place.I have never returned an item on amazon before, so was unsure about what was required of me and of the seller - I mentioned this to the seller in the first message, and completely believe that they tried to take advantage of my apparent lack of experience. They asked me to send the phone back, which I did (over a month ago), but never offered to pay postage (they are obligated to) and I had only found out after looking through pages of terms and conditions and legislation. I ended up paying quite a bit for postage too, so that if it got lost I would be insured.Once they received the phone, they had pointed out that there was a crack on the back camera which I had then explained what had happened and that it was covered by the £87.69 Protectyourbubble.com insurance - this would cover accidental damage and theft. They told me that they needed to call me to talk about what we were going to have to do with the phone, and so I did. On this phone call they had said that I needed to send them £50 in order for them to fix my phone, saying it would be cheaper then getting it fixed somewhere else. luckily I had mentioned this to my mum as she thought something fishy was happening so I didn’t pay them instantly and instead tried to figure out my rights etc.Every time they had information to tell me about the phone, they would refuse to put said information into the moderated amazon chat that I had with them and would just ask me to call them. Even when I had asked them to say explicitly what they wanted from me in the chat they would just ignore it.I had told them time and time again that I need the information that they’re telling me recorded in the chat, saying “it's important to me that you tell me this information over this amazon chat, as I would like a clear and transparent line of communication” and their response to that was “No worries dear please feel easy everything recorded in amazon chat so please don't worry about it .please share a phone number our team will contact you resolve your issue”.Unbelievable! It got to the point where I had to write the information they had told me down as they literally wouldn’t and I was uncomfortable that this information was not being recorded.I also expressed the urgency of resolving the issue, explaining that it was causing me significant stress and affecting my mental health. As a university student, not having a functioning phone made it difficult to keep track of work shifts and my studies.Despite this, they basically ignored my concerns.Even after Amazon customer service intervened and directed the seller to provide a full refund, including my return postage, the seller still insisted on phone calls. I repeatedly asked for all communication to stay in the Amazon chat, where it could be documented. I even provided proof of my warranty entitlements to show that I shouldn’t have to pay for repairs.I contacted customer service multiple times, and they had sent messages to the seller through my account twice - stating I want a full refund - to which they replied, “Dear we can’t able to refund you because your phone is out of policy for refund but we will repair your phone for you please share a screen password we need to fix it.”They had my phone for a month, and had told me that I needed to pay them £50 in order for them to repair it, though as soon as I ask for a refund they no longer need me to pay for the repair? If that isn’t a massive red flag then I really don’t know what is.Luckily, amazon got involved again and I was finally issued a refund!I strongly recommend avoiding this seller entirely. If you need a phone, buy directly from Apple — dealing with this seller is simply not worth the stress, hassle, and potential loss of money. Dealing with New Phone House is extremely frustrating and from my experience they tried to drag out this process for as long as possible, probably hoping I would just forget about the phone so they could sell it to someone else.God bless Amazon, my saving grace 🙏

87% battery, small scratch on the screen hardly noticeable
87% battery, small scratch on the screen hardly noticeable. A good purchase, happy with price paid. I don't use my phone constantly and the battery longevity will be just fine. I'm fed up with paying ludicrous amounts for a new IPhone so this time tried a 'Renewed'.

Came with defects, good customer support.
The day it came I was really excited because the screen and the camera on the outside looked really good, I would say even excellent condition. When taking pictures on the same day I didn’t notice anything suspicious about the camera itself. Then a day later, while looking at the pictures more closely (admiring how good the quality was) I noticed little purple dots on the pictures and video, it appeared only when that spot was bright enough to show those dots. I was stressed out for awhile reading all over internet, then decided to go to the store where they sell apple products, they ran some light tests (not software) and found nothing, I suggested them that maybe it could be something to do with laser/UV damage, they said it is possible but considering they only could do light and software tests they can’t fully say what is wrong with the lenses, but if it’s true, it can get even worse over time. I really didn’t want to send the phone back, because I already bought expensive protection for it and taking it off would mean I couldn’t use it again. But knowing that replacing a camera without apple care would cost me £500, I was very disappointed. This caused me so much unnecessary stress and tears (sensitive human as I am) that my husband said to refund it and buy it somewhere else. I was getting used to the thought that I will have those purple dots on my back camera, but when I found out it was on the front as well, I fully decided to refund it, because I mainly decided to buy the phone because of the camera quality, comparing with my Iphone 7 Plus. Long story short, I bought another phone from BackMarket and it came with barely noticeable few scratches, that I can’t even see now with the protective screen and even without, you have to look pointing it directly to the sun to actually see it. It came with 100% battery health and finally a good camera. Considering I got this phone from Amazon with 88% battery health and messed up camera, I say paying an extra £200 is worth it buying from BackMarket. (Or like I like to say BlackMarket). Overall the customer service was really good, replied fast and got my full refund without having to pay for delivery fees. So Karma point for that! I can’t say to fully avoid this seller, as buying refurbished phones are a gamble in itself, You pay less to get a used phone, and you can’t really know what you gonna get. But if you bought it from here and your situation with this phone is similar to mine, don’t overthink it, just refund it and buy it somewhere else. Best of luck <3
