I tried out this product immediately after getting it since anyone who works out knows you can't wait to try a new piece of equipment out. It works very well. As you can see I put it on a weight bench and then I kneeled behind it and it works perfectly that way. I have not tried it on my lap but I think that would be a very cumbersome way of using it. But all in all it is a good addition to my home. I highly recommend it.

The pad has clearly been repackaged after it had been sitting in muddy water. The pad was double bagged inside the box but It smells dank and the inner bag is full of moisture and filth.

This curl pad is a serviceable knock-off of a product from AbMat. It serves its function of being a dense, supportive pad that can be used to help support the upper arm during curl exercises or similar.It works. It does not strike me as being well made. The massed, dense, conglomerate carpet foam has a rough texture that pokes through the thin vinyl covering, which seems minimally stitched/zipped in place.It does have some flex to it (the whole length bends under load), and I can't decide if I like that or not...

膝の上に置いてEZバーでプリーチャーカールを行っています。硬さが十分にあるため、ジムにあるプリーチャーカール台の代用として十分使えると感じました。しかし、可変ベンチの上に置いて使と不安定になりやりにくさを感じます。プリーチャーカール台とは違い、スペースにも困らない所も非常にいいと思います。
