I recently purchased a security camera from Amazon, and I must say I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Set up was painless-easy and straight forward. Camera connected to the app first time. Impressed with quality of camera and the resolution and features. Still learning how to operate. Only on day one so may alter review later but so far so good. I subsequently purchased the solar panel to connect with the camera for convenient charging. The panel arrived with a micro usb but the camera is USB C. I contacted Mubview Customer Support and was connected with Kaia who resolved the issue within one day. A new solar panel was shipped with the USB C plug compatible with my camera and both are working perfectly. I was very impressed with Kaia’s ability and authority to correct the issue with customer satisfaction as the priority. No red tape or push back. That type of old fashioned excellent service is hard to find but very refreshing. Thank you Kaia and Mubview!!! I will certainly recommend your product!!!

Very pleased that this camera is compatible with the CloudEdge app I use for my older (now discontinued) cameras. This one has a spotlight and siren, which is pretty neat. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars now is because I haven't had a chance to use it to see how long the battery life is. I will probably end up getting a solar charger for it like I have my others. It did charge very quickly on AC power. If/when my older cameras fail, I would definitely replace with this one. Excellent price too!

We've used these for a few years now and they work really well for general home camera coverage. The batteries do need recharged but its not bad as far as battery life. Every 2 or 3 months we need to charge them. Very easy install and use! The sound on them is not the best but for what you pay it is decent.

These cameras originally impressed me but laying in my bedroom on several occasions this camera just came on started recording me. Very creepy. Guess how Chinese are watching us in our homes. Original review : Really like these cameras. Very easy to setup with voice prompts , loaded with features has been very reliable and easy to use. Great range as well as not close to my router and still connecting. That could be why takes a second or two to load the live view. I’d love to see Alexa integration but for price and features you can’t beat it

I have five Mubview security cameras. I have four of the model Q5 battery powered security cameras, and one ZY – D6 smart light bulb screw in camera. I’m very happy with all of them. They all have fast alerts when motion is detected and good video and picture resolution. The ability to store events on both a micro SD card, and to the cloud simultaneously is a very nice feature and the app is user-friendly. The product description says that it is limited to four cameras, but the app is handling five just fine. The Customer Service is superb. I had some problems with one of the battery powered cameras and the customer service agent was extremely helpful in resolving my issues. She even messaged me later to make sure that I was happy with the results. Good customer service is hard to find, and I am extremely happy with the service I received from Mubview. I will definitely buy for them again, and I give them a very hearty five stars.

Other Mubview products have been pretty good but this one doesn’t have a great range. It’s not super far away and even then it has issues connecting to my WiFi. Also worth noting that while I would recommend Mubview products, their app leaves a bit to be desired. No option to simultaneously view all cameras at the same time, even if you pay for it. Also my wired cameras work pretty good they sometimes don’t “see” humans. Especially on this particular camera. Unless they’re right in front of it, it won’t see them. The features in the app are a bit confusing as well. There’s several features that even a Google search didn’t explain what they do. I’ve had another company cameras and their app was a bit better (Yi Home). Oh and also worth mentioning that my wired cameras detected and formatted my sdcards right away. It took me an hour of fiddling with it on this one before it detected it. Worth noting that you need to turn the camera off, put the as card in, then turn it on. If you put it in while it’s on, it won’t see it. The wired cameras will though.
