Used to cut a hole in the bottom of a glass bottle. No issues, it went through well. Easy enough to use of you don't put too much pressure on. Start with an edge first as going for the full bit cause it to skate on the material. One is began to cut you can then work the full edge in.

Ordered this to try and make a hole in a 38mm stone paving slad , glad I bought it , it easily cut through the slab with the use of water to cool it down , went through in a matter or minutes (did have to tap with a hammer as didn't go all the way through , about 1mm short) .. did not loose any of the diamond coating so not a single use item .. Only problem is it's tricky to get started ... but once you do it's a great bit of kit and great valve for money

I have porcelain tiles of 20mm thick on an adhewive base on top of concrete. I tried tungsten tipped drill bits that supposedly do porcelain. After 20mins, lots of water I was about 2mm down. I used twist not hammer as worried about cracking the tile. Tried these instead. On a normal DIY drill on a twist setting (not hammer) it cut through the tile to the base in 40seconds or so. The drill bits are not long enough to go much further which is fine as I will use a masonry drill into the concrete base using my SDS heavy duty drill. The drill bits are full of wax that melts as you drill causing cooling. I was able to drill through the tiles without stopping though it may be prudent to pause. Don't know how many holes per drill bit is possible. As I have a total of 8 holes to drill (to support two aluminium fence posts), I will probably use 2 bits to be conservative. Believe they could do more providing that there is still enough wax in the middle. Excellent product for what I needed.

Instructions showed how to make a hole for the tap on a new Quartz sink. The position for the tap hole was marked with a round stuck on paper sticker were the hole should be made. instructions knock out with hammer and chisel, I tried hitting the marked circle but it wouldnt break thru, I thought if I carried on I would have cracked the quartz sink. The manufacturer had ground out underneath the sink but the hole wasnt deep enough to be knocked out. So decided to buy these 2 diamond drills, they cut the rest of the hole ..no messing. Well pleased. Yes can highly recommend buying.

Bought these to drill two radiator pipe holes in ceramic tile. It worked, was slow going and I used up both bits. Don’t use these dry, wet they worked. As a cheap way to drill a couple of holes they worked, not recommend for more serious use than that, I wouldn't expect to get more than one or two holes max per drill bit.

Had to drill a hole in the cistern to change from a handle to push button flush(don't ask why) and this worked just the treat.

Bought to drill granite countertops and almost returned because lacked center point bit, afraid of bit walking. It performed great, drilled quite easily. I was surprised,and bit didn’t break down it appears to be ready for many more uses.

I'm installing porcelain tile around two bathtubs. I first drilled a hole in a piece of wood with a wood bit and clamped it to the tile to use as a guide. The tile bit drilled through in a matter of minutes, it should be good for many more tiles. I can't compare it to any competing products but it worked excellent for my needs. I would definitely buy again.

Al principio,no me decía nada . Pero al usarlo es bueno, cumple y es barato .hay que usarlo con inclinación para que marque en el material y luego enderezar ya que no tiene broca. Desbasta bien. corta bien buen acabado

These are excellent value. Drilled through porcelain like butter. If I had one minor complaint it would be that they could do with 4 slots for removing the core after drilling rather than just 2, but I don't feel this is significant enough to reduce rating. So much better value that store-bought alternatives.

Ik heb maar één gat in een keramische tegel moeten boren ( met water ) en het boor was super scherp ! !
