Much easier to swallow and easy to break into two! Also taste nice and allows a happy transition when in mouth before swallowing with water. Something very valued in pregnancy!! You may already know, D Mannose is great for healing UTI caused by eColi. But not as much for Staph UTI, so do get a urine sample tested to check which bacteria is the cause of your uti. Cornsilk tea, ethinacea and homeopathy (mainstream remedies for light symptoms or Narayani infection and immunity remedy for strong symptoms - best to consult a pro homeopath who can expertly guide you based on your constitution) help most when not eColi but always worth having D Mannose in the cabinet at home in case. We discovered this product about 5 years ago . My daughter was very ill and had been hospitalised due serious infection. My cousin told me about Waterfall and we were prepared to try anything as she did not seem to be able to shake off the infection with antibiotics. Anyway Waterfall was a god send, the symptoms improved and she stopped the antibiotics, It probably took 18 months to clear up completely. We are forever grateful to Waterfall and recommend it to everyone.

Effective prophylactic and easy to take

This stuff is truly life changing, as someone who has suffered with UTIs my whole life and relied heavily on antibiotics I was cynical but now I never need to go to the doctors as this stuff sorts it out, and faster than antibiotics too. If you take it properly, the full dose continually for a good amount of days then you won't be disappointed. I think perhaps those who have felt it's not effective haven't been taking it properly and for long enough. When I'm bad it takes 3000mg every 2 hrs for a few days to clear it (Although you do start to feel better after the first couple of doses you must keep taking it every 2 hrs to eradicate all the nasty bacteria that is still lurking).

good tablets worked got rid if my pain. will take them now when i need to. HOWEVER i put them on topof our air fryer forgot about them opened the lid and they catapulted behind the fridge and all the tablets were all over thr floor. i had to pull the fridge out and pick tfem all up. they were a bit dirty n i wiped them on kitchen roll. that was ten pounds worth of tablets to go in my insides on the floor and beand new. my fault putting them on a chip fryer your fault putting expensive tablets in a poor unsubstantial container. it fell on the floor and the botton had come away from it. please improve this coz everyone drops tablets. i buy most of mine from natures best and their containers are excellent. the container is round all in one and the lid is attached one side but stiff ie really difficult to prise up. you cant put a gold star product in a tin box. it needs to be in a gold box

When I looked for D-Mannose I saw these and as a Prime member I filtered something which would arrive thta same day. Thia one was advertised as arriving by 10pm the same day if I oredred withng 1.3 hours so I did it there and then. I paid straight away because I needed them asap. Because I knew they were arriving I didnt go out to get some elsewhere and As it was a sunday I couldnt get any after 4 pm anyway which is then when I had a notification that they would arrive the next day ! Not at all happy. I contacted Amazon and was told "not to worry" ! they would be with me soon. The point of me buying them was so I actually could take them the same day otherwise I would have not. I think AMAZON need to make sellers change this advertising ploy if they do not stick to it as its misleading. one other thing which I did in Haste was not read the mg of caps, I thought they were all the same but they arent. This is my fault for not reading about them. But I will point out that these are Expensive compared to the 1000mg tablets which are the same price and using less to get the same result. these are only 500mg and need to double the dosage. so i wont be buying these again.

M'a permis d'enrayer des infections urinaires répétitives. A prendre systématiquement après les relations tout en continuant de respecter les règles d'hygiène connues. En fin de journée aussi, le prendre dans un demi verre d'eau peut aider la vessie fragilisée. Par contre, ça ne m'a jamais soignée une fois l'infection déclenchée malgré des prises très rapprochées comme conseillé. En plus du D-mannose, je prends des gélules de probitiques pour flore intime en continu. J'ai ajouté ponctuellement des capsules d'huile essentielles. Enfin, pour les femmes en pré-ménopause ou ménopausées, il n'y a pas de miracle. Personnellement j'ai opté pour une mise sous THS précoce ( uniquement sur avis médical et après avoir effectué les examens de rigueur). L'ensemble des mesures mentionnées supra a clairement changé ma vie. Dernière information : je prends désormais le D-mannose en poudre avec une dosette chez un autre fournisseur, ça me revient beaucoup moins cher.

Vu la "concentration" et les doses à prendre, on se retrouve avec une quantité impressionnante de cachets à avaler.... La boîte est vite passée et à ce prix...je n'ai pas eu vraiment le temps et surtout le budget pour creuser le sujet.

L'unico D Mannosio che mi risolve le infezioni vescicale, soprattutto di E-Coli!

Ho preso questo d mannosio perché era finito quello che prendevo di solito e anche il prezzo era uguale.Sinceramente non sono rimasta soddisfatta anche se l'ho comprato ben 2 volte in più ora è aumentato il suo prezzo rendendolo per me troppo caro.Per fortuna ho trovato qui su Amazon un altro d mannoso per molto efficace e con un prezzo decisamente inferiore.
