Being pain-free.
I was just diagnosed recently with IC and right away took to the internet looking for solutions for the pain. I am currently being treated with “instillations” from my urogynecologist and so far can only get about a day and a half before the pain returns. I started taking D-Mannose tablets and already am thrilled with the total absence of any pain. I was having alot of discomfort when I took my first dose and within a short time I could feel my body getting back to normal. It’s what I’ve been looking for. I also supplement with aloe Vera capsules as well as Prelief before eating or drinking. I have high hopes that I will continue to be pain free or even maybe deal with minimal discomfort.

Good product; label a bit misleading.
The price is right for this very useful supplement for preventing some women's urinary tract infections, but I was disappointed with the labeling. It's not false, but the headline "1000mg per serving" initially led me to believe the capsules themselves were 1000mg. They're not; they're 500mg just like most of the other brands.

Works amazing for UTIs and a healthy urinary tract
started taking D Manos because I deal with urinary tract discomfort from time to time and I wanted something gentle that I could keep on hand. It has made a big difference for me. Anytime I feel that first hint of irritation, I take these for a couple of days and I notice things calm down fast. It is simple to use, easy on my stomach, and I like that I can take it as needed. I feel like it gives really good support to my urinary tract and helps me stay comfortable without having to jump straight into stronger options. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle lasts a while. I always make sure I keep it stocked because it has become a part of my routine. If you are looking for something gentle to support urinary tract health, D Manos has been really helpful for me.

Seemed to work
Only used when at beginning of UTI symptoms along with OTC AZO UTI pain relief pills (first 2-3 days). I use D-Mannose for approx. 2 weeks. Seemed to clear up UTI. No lab tests done.
