Fit, function, length and quality of components was very good. Other buyers should have no issues with making the distance from power supply to GPU. Only slight let down I could find was that the small loom clips to hold the cables in a nice flowing bundle didn't grip the wires tight enough to stay in place if you moved the cable after connecting. Very happy with the cable and delivery was incredibly fast.

Helped stabilize a PSU issue I was having running a 4080. Cleaned up the inside of the computer too.

I was skeptical at first but was soon to find that this cable from Fasgear was exactly what I needed for my 4080 MSI Suprim / EVGA P2 1200 Platinum power supply combo and that it was of a much higher quality then using the adapter provided with the GPU. Aesthetics = 10/10 Looks way better than adapter, wires seemed a little thinner than I'm used to but actually proved to be easier to move around and of a descent quality, after looking at and handling I can say I have zero reservations. Function = 10/10 I went on a Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 binge with some friends and cable remained cool, not even a hint of any issue - 6 hours of hard gaming Ease of Use = 10/10 Snaps in with clear distinct click noise and feels firm when engaged. In closing I almost bought a new PSU with the appropriate cable provided as I have a 13900K Raptor Lake, 64GB DDR 5, 4080 and 6 M.2 drives, it can be an expensive hobby and in the end I'M glad I tried this cable out.

I did a review on a set of these before. I may have been a little hard on Fasgear. These three power supply 8 pin cables to one PCIe5 12v connector do work fine for my RTX 4080. The plugs seem to be of good quality, and the wirers are sufficient to carry the load. The wirers in the harness are individually shieled, but the harness is not sleeved as the description may lead you to believe. I had to tape mine every 5 inches to make a neat cable. They are a mix of black and white wirers, so it doesn't look awful, but Fasgear should have bundled the wirers from where they merge with the three 8 pin leads to the 12v 16 pin connector. They are hard wirers, so they don't bend easily, but as long as the edge of your GPU is at least 1 to 1-1/4 inches from the side of your case, you will be able to bend them enough, so they don't rub on the side of your case. Make sure that you order the cables for your PSU so that you will get the right connectors for the 8 pin plugs. If you don't have three 8 pin connectors free on your PSU, then you probably need to upgrade your PSU. If this is the case then you should probably ne looking for a PCIe5 PSU as you then will have a 16 pin 12 volt connector and then you just need the single 16 pin to 16 pin cable, which will carry the voltage evenly from the PSU to your GPU. Even though the 8 pin connectors on a PSU are rated for 150 volts, the PSU will deliver what ever the GPU calls for up to whatever it's max output is, but the possible fly in the ointment is that the PSU will not output the same wattage at each connector, so although any good PSU will put out more than the recommended 150 watts from any one connector, you may end up with a large enough disparity between the wattage output on the three 8 pin connectors to cause enough voltage variation at the 16 pin connector, which may cause unexpected shut downs due to safeguards in either the GPU or the PSU. With all that said, the gauge of the wirers in the harness is sufficient to handle the maximum 600 watts that the GPU could theoretically draw, but it would be a rare case for a 4080 to ask for more than 350 watts. Anyway, I haven't had any issues that I would attribute to power draw from the GPU using this Fasgear harness so far, and I really don't think a 4070Ti or the 4080 will have any problems with this setup.

UPDATE: 2023/04/24: Immediately after posting my original review, Fasgear contacted directly without me even asking and questioned me about my experience and incorrect wire combs! They apologized for the mistake and offered to immediately send out a new set of the correct wire combs the next day, free of charge! I received the new correct wire combs as shown in the product pages, and they work perfectly! I am updating this review to 5 stars to reflect the quality of the product and the excellent and prompt customer service provided by Fasgear! Thanks Fasgear! DEFINITELY WILL BUY AGAIN! === These 12VHPWR cables are very high quality and work very well. However, they do NOT come with the wire combs as shown in the images. The wire combs should have slots for 12+4 wire cable design (16 wire slots total). However, the combs I received in the packaging are just standard 12 wire cable design combs (only 12 wire slots) without the additional 4 wire signal comb on the back side (see image). This means the additional 4 signal wires on the cable are left unsecured! The only way to secure them is with wire zip ties which defeats the whole purpose of combed wire cables! This is unacceptable and very disappointing! Maybe I received an incorrectly packaged cable, but I'm hesitant to even exchange these as I don't know that I'll get one with proper combs or not. Also, I can't really take my system offline until I can get a new cable, so I'm stuck with zip tied signal wires, sadly! BUYER BEWARE! (UPDATED, see above, received replacement wire combs from Fasgear at no charge!)

Two packaging very underwhelming and I've ordered it twice now and got black twice in a row when I've clicked on white both times but product quality ain't bad. Just wish I could actually get the one I clicked on multiple times

Superb 12VHPWR cable. Great, high value choice for anyone who needs a good quality aftermarket option. Vraiting is nice, cables are nice quality, and installed perfectly just how you'd expect. Direct from PSU to GPU. Cable looks nice too, and the cable combs being clear are a nice addition
