Good for the liver
I take it to help maintain my liver in good condition.

It works but you have to take it! Everyday! Herbs take time but it's worth it.
full capsule easy for me to swallow , I take it before bed and it is relaxing , I think it's a decent quality for the price. I'll continue to use this brand. I feel better, less pain in my appendix so I think it's effective
