Q: After 2 days one of the units changed channel and now remote control is unuseful as channels on both units are different. How do I sync them?

Q: What diffusers fit this light?

They come with plastic diffusers, but I wanted more diffusion, so I cut off a couple of white pillow cases and slipped them over the lights; this works well.
