It's a very very bad product, it does not serves the purpose at all. It neither reads nor play any dvd except audio cd that also in vlc player. It does not play with any other player.so my request do not buy or you will be cheating.

I have tried many portable drives before this - they were poorly performing. This drive has excellent features and has proved well beyond my expectations.

Liked very much but it stopped working after 3 days of use. If CD is inserted it makes a sound like it is trying to start it but it can't and it is forever. Tried on several CDs previously read without any problems. I do not have the original box, not sure if it is returnable. Got a message from the seller today that I can get a full refund, so I increased the rating and bought the second one. Will see if it works. Second one works ver well. I got refund for first one but before I got it, I sent it back as return. No second refund it needed btut I do not see option to cancel refund.
