I've used the Swanson chicken and beef broths for years, and like to buy them by the case.

Has a decent flavor and not too much salt for my taste.
I use both the beef and the chicken broth on a regular basis. Goes in the soups and stews. I eat a fair amount of rice and I like to use that in my rice cooker rather than water gives the rice some flavor. I like one pot meals and this is one of the things you need if you're going to do things like that.

Every can I received was dented. Not sure if it is safe to use.
