Product fit perfect packaged safe delivery was fast. A+

Used and missing a plug!
Our furnace is out! It’s cold in the house, we had this part delivered the next day and it came without a plug, and it was used, with a burn mark on it, so it’s useless. The box it came in had a photocopy of a product glued to it, with some random part number on it. There was no mention of what this part was and no description anywhere. It was supposed to have a manufacturer warranty and information pamphlet inside, but did not. Need to return this as this is not reliable.

Poor packaging
I understand that the element is brittle given its material, but accomidate that with your packaging so it doesnt arrive broken and useless.

No nuts as described
The box doesn't come with the nuts or connector as shown in the product description. Have to cut the wires and connect to the original connector.
