I receive damage product button sometime works and sometime doesn't
My keyboard was in very good condition but when i plug with my laptop i tried to check all the keys are working fine or not and i found that "\" this key is not working properly so i take it out and change the red key which is included in the box still problem is with the main board

It's a good product but I buy it Renewed
If you're scrolling comment to see it's a good product or not it's a good product. I buy it renewed so I get some problem like right alt key's rgb not working & sometime total rgb got shutdown for couple of minute. So I return it and then buy a new one. I'm not kidding it's a good product. Also if you wondering about the price, I bought renewed 1st (Rs. 1999/-) though I return it then buy a new one at Rs. 2649/- :)

Enter key not working and also keycap puller not received inside of package.

Completely worth it
I have been using the product from last t months and it is working perfectly. No scratches, no damages, also included all other items like extra switches, switch puller and user manual.

Faulty product.... Don't buy !!!!
After looking at all the mixed reviews I decided to take a gamble and bought this keyboard... and guess what !!! 1 key which is the "v" key not working... Tried swapping the keys still dint work.. so I requested a replacement.. let's see what happens.

Value for money!
The media could not be loaded. Very good keyboard at this price, has nice rgb and great typing feel, although its renewed but its like new. Keycap puller and everything was included in the box, if you are planning to buy this keyboard, just go for it!
