I use this all the time, so saved and bought the double pack. B3 is niacinamide without the flushing. It helps with sleep, mood, depression, anxiety, easilly sun burned skin - which is a b3 deficiency if it's not caused by illness or meds. It's good for skin. It's calming. I only need half a capsule at night. I've never had a tan or be able to walk or be out in the sun beyond a few minutes and just burned and felt so ill before i started on niacinamide. Since using, I'm a better colour all year round, not pasty white, tan very quickly only slightly red at first, and brown within a short time, can lay, sit, walk in the sun for quite some time and not feel so terribly ill. I can tan in 15 mins. And the tan doesn't disapear soon after, but fades only slightly as time goes on through winter. If you're stressed you can take some. I have horrible sleeplessness, and this helps calm and rest. But i love it for the skin health and looking a better colour even on non exposed to the air and sun skin.
