Our little ones are absolutely captivated by the adorable soft owl, and we couldn't be happier! My sister recommended it to us when our litte ones were struggling to fall asleep, and it has truly made a remarkable difference. The owl is designed perfectly for little hands; it’s made from exceptionally soft material that feels soothing to the touch and is lightweight. Perfect for little hands. Once the little ones are peacefully tucked in and asleep, my husband and I love using it to relax after a long day. I would gladly give the vendor 10 stars if I could! We were thrilled when it arrived, though we were initially disappointed to find that the inner box had been opened and items were missing, despite the Amazon shipping box being in perfect condition. However, after reaching out to Amazon, which responded promptly. We worked directly with the vendor. Jasmine from Customer Service truly excelled in ensuring we received a replacement, going above and beyond to make things right.

This has been a great help for me focusing on the sounds that sound very realistic. The sound on video may be very low but it's perfect for me to relax and fall asleep to. I honestly haven't checked if there's a way to mess with the volume settings, but for me it's perfect since I live with other people and they don't need to start freaking out thinking we suddenly have a cricket infestation in the house while doing their very sleepy night whizz. Very happy with this cute lil squishy uni that looks like a great decoration when not in use! 🥰

I think this owl is great!! It’s easy to follow the color cues in order to stay on track with breathing. I’ve used it quite a bit since I got it to ease my anxiety, or just to help me relax. I keep it on my coffee table right now to help me have more access to using it whenever I feel like I may need it. There are multiple settings for sounds that are relaxing, and different settings for the light. I would recommend for adults or kids if you need some calmness in your life.

We bought this for our 5 ½ yr old granddaughter for Christmas. Someone else got her a kitty version, but without all the functionality this one has. She sure loves her OWL. It holds a charge pretty long and when she's having a melt-down my daughter sends her off to meditate using the color changing feature and ocean sounds, which helps her get present and calms her emotions. She loves it so much that when she came to our house for a sleepover the other weekend it was in her backpack, lol, and she carefully placed it next to her bed in our guest room.....so cute!

There are 3 light modes: 1. alternate colors (green, purple, blue) timed for breathing, 2. Automatic switching between a rainbow of 8 colors every 1 to 3 seconds, 3. Always on white light. For each there are three levels of brightness. You can listen to one of the many sounds (rain, surf, brook, heartbeat, reverb drips, night nature sounds, ..) but only when using one of the light modes. Turns off after 2 hours if you do not turn it off sooner. Recharge ( I think a charge lasts a couple weeks). The 4 stars are mostly because my personal preference would be no light or one of the colors with the surf sound. But it does what it says, so could be 5 stars.

This light was used as a visual for my students and myself to build mindful breathing exercises into our day. The light helps pace your breathing to make sure you're doing it right! The light is an ideal size for the classroom- just a little larger than my hand. I was surprised that it was squishy when I took it out of the package, but it made me love it even more! It can be safe in the calm down corner without it being used as a weapon, and can double as a stress squeeze. I'm looking forward to seeing how long it lasts with everyday use

This owl is great! I loved the sound machine part. I’m not fond of the dripping water sound, but love the ocean waves and rain. I do wish I could stop the colored lights though. It lasts a long time between charges too.

My doctor recommended I get a breathing Buddha to help me relax but I decided to get an animal one so that my daughter would want to do it too. It makes doing breathing exercises really easy by the colors changes. My daughter also loves listening to all the different calming sounds. I got the owl which is really cute and gets my daughter excited to play with it.

According to the friend I gave to, she says it helped her sleep following the sounds and lighting..some sounds were quite funny as it was perceived by her to be toilet flushing.

Excellent item worked incredibly well. Taught our four-year-old how to do calming breaths and get herself to sleep.

I purchased this for my 10 yr old daughter to learn the 4-7-8 breathing technique which is so helpful on its own . But the calming sounds and even soft squishy feel are so soothing as well . She loves it and sleeps with it as well as a night light and sound machine . Great product and glad I found it !

I LOVE these lights. I use them in my classroom to practice deep breathing and mindfulness. They are so cute and squishy the kids love them!
