OEM Style Cadillac CUE TouchSense Replacement Touch Screen Display

This has been great alternative to the high cost replacement offered by Cadillac. Our 2015 SRX suddenly developed the famous spider cracked CUE screen a few weeks ago. Cadillac dealer estimated close to $2000 to replace. Ordered the Cuescreen, which arrived fairly fast. I watched the removal videos beforehand as well as during the removal itself (the videos are very well done). Job took about 2.5 hours to complete, product looks and functions great! I’m very happy with this versus the Cadillac option of replacing the whole Cue module for big $.

I bought a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum used, after about 1 month of owning it screen start to show weird drying or frozen looking cracks in the corners and then started to spread. Found this product was skeptical at first, read some reviews, made me believe a little more. So fo $160 CAD, I thought what the heck, I will buy it VS $2000 at the dealer. I am someone what mechanically incline and have some tools. Received it quickly, and then follow the step by step videos and did the install slowly and patiently took me 1 hour and 1/2 start to finish. VIDEOS are absolutely brilliant step by step very well detailed. Follow there videos and anyone can do this easily. Saving you mega money. Thanks guys!!! Screen looks and works beautifully.

I own a 2014 Cadillac SRX and the screen stopped responding to touch everything else displayed fine though. I took it to the dealer they did some test that was a couple hundred only to tell me nope it all had to be replaced and that would cost me upwards of $1500. I’m SO glad I did my research and then found this part. I was skeptical at first when ordering it but I knew I had to try. I took it to a tech guy I was referred to and he had it installed and working within an hour. It’s working like new!! Trust me just buy this and get someone to install it, it’s so worth it. I paid under $300 for this part and installation versus paying the dealership $1500+ I couldn’t be happier!!

Better than factory screen which shattered. Brighter better colour and touch screen than factory. Easy replacement plug and play

Phenomenal replacement. My CUE screen was jittery and didn't recognize touches. This fixed the problem 100%. Doing it myself saved me around $1500. Cuescreens has all the videos in detail. They show and tell what pieces of trim to remove, in what order. More importantly HOW to remove them / what direction to pull pieces off so you can keep all your trim pieces and tabs intact. I definitely recommend Cuescreens.
