Have just about going through my 1st order, three 60 count bottles. I only took 1 pill a day and it worked for me. I was getting up 1-2 times a night and harder to pee when I did. Now I usually sleep all night and are able to empty my bladder much better before bed. It works for me as I said with only 1 pill a day..... will be re-ordering soon!

For me this works the best. Not totally fixed. I'll give it a few more months.

I was in my 60's when I started taking this. I was getting up to pee about 4 times every night. I started taking SuperBeta Prostate Advanced and for a few weeks I didn't notice much difference but after a couple of months I was only getting up once per night. It really works but you have to be patient.
