Extremely bright, by far the best light I've ever bought. If the item is florescent under U.V. light this will do it! Maybe even too well I've had rocks light up and stay lit for a couple of seconds afterwards, battery has a good charge as well.

The design could be a little better, it’s hard to use on smaller rocks and minerals and the battery doesn’t have a long life, but it’s good for what it is.
