Sadly white label soup maker fails to deliver
Sadly, I was optimistic about this: my wife and I are soup lovers and were amazed at this product, sadly it stopped working after one month of use, and without explanation, a warning was displayed (the instructions do not even specify this issue). No misuse was ever done, we followed the steps. When unplugged to start it was surprised to find out the machine when plugged again started working on its own and did not stop working, I returned this and ordered the Phillips.

What a great item. Put your chosen vegetables add broth and leave. Great soup in 30 minutes. Blitzes or leaves vegetables whole. Your choice. Also good for smoothy making. Doesn’t take lots of room ona counter top and really simple to use. I didn’t even know automatic soup makers existed. This beats stovetop boiling

Love it
I never knew there was such a thing as a soup maker until I saw a lady online making soup with hers. Thought I’d give it a try, and I love it. All you have to do is throw your vegetables and whatever in the pot, turn it on, and have soup in about 20 minutes, it’s great !

After 10 Months Stopped Working
After 10 months the machine switches on and off without notice - just the "finish" chime. Basically it doesn't work anymore. I did not put it in water and used it minimally so it is for no fault of my own or overuse. I just looked to see if there is a warranty and I guess not - and no way to contact the seller. Better to buy a soup maker with a well-known brand with warranty.

Use it 2 or 3 times a week to make 4 or 5 bowls of soup each time. Bought a soup maker cook book too. Easy to use, easy to clean, no hassle to get quick healthy food
