Defective but replaced
Product looks nice, easy to install. One rack is wonderful. The other is poor quality, the drying rod connecting to the main support rod is loose at the perpendicular junction, apparently a manufacturing defect. It is still connected well to the wall and has received minimal use. I am disappointed that 1/2 of product failed as discovered just beyond the return window.Update - company contacted me asking for feedback to improve product and replace defective rack. Increased my rating for product. Excellent customer service. If willing to stand behind and improve product will definitely purchase here again!
