Very interesting flour, apparently many people with gluten problems can tolerate it. Maybe because of the extra fibre? Lovely flavour also, made delicious shortbread with it.

Emmer flour for flavor
I had never tried this before when making sourdough but have found that mixing with Einkorn AP in sourdough, Emmer really adds a lot of flavor. Packaging is a bit flimsy. I put mine right into a jar or bag. That’s where the lower number of stars came from.

Great Product
Arrived about a week after we ordered it. We ordered on April 23, 2018 and it took a few weeks to come in from the UK. Each bag was shipped in a separate box and well padded. The expiration date on the bag was 18/07/18. I don't know what the rules for whole wheat expiration are in the UK, but it seemed shorter than I expected. Maybe it was an earlier package date. Even though it was close to the date, we are almost finished with all of it after a few weeks and it tasted great.
