You can choose 8.5", 10.5", or 13" so why not choose the 13" and cut the other end down to match your choice of cup spot on. I promote DIY and Thinking outside the BOX approach to solving this kind of question. I know we all do the DUH oops now and again but this is a pretty clear no brainer. Now to be clear these are wide straws which mean some openings in some cups may not allow this straw to go through. So again MEASURE you opening and then look to see what these show the OD is for the straws. Again then it's a win win you don't buy wrong and Amazon does not have to use a return and the environment wins I mean it's a win win win. Not everyone is going to have a 40 oz Stanley Cup? I have a lot of Stanley travel cups and items and oh man I am not sure which would mate up with yours as I grab according to what I plan on for the day not exactly recall the size to the ounce. My fav's are the double sided like thermos but not thermos and I think they were like 24 and then what happens a relative is visiting and they have like a 32 or 40 and I'm like I want that too. But I apply no mind set to keeping track of any of my mugs and travel drink ware their size to the specific ounce it's more I know I want BIG today for this or smaller for that or one that keeps it HOT or COLD the longest etc. Size not to the ounce I'm sorry. Buy the 13" and cut to fit lengthwise. If you know the straw will fit through any opening. My Stanley products all would accommodate these large wide straws for Boba or thick milkshakes and smoothies. Yeah and not burn or freeze our lips too. No need for silicone tips with these cut to fit.

can you use wiht warm soup?

It is up to you trust the soup won't melt the straw. The straws are much more sturdy than a typical free or paper straw and come with a small cleaning brush. I have used one maybe 10 times without problems I bought them because I love thick milkshakes and they work great

No, these straws are not bendable. In fact, they are very sturdy and made of thick plastic. Very durable. Colors are very vibrant too
