I have inflammation of the throat caused by acid build up and this works really well in calming my acid levels and heartburn really works soothes the throat and gets rid of the symptom's with minutes, this is a massive bottle 600ml and will last quite a while especially good value considering price of smaller bottles perfect for people who have to use this regularly to combat heartburn tastes ok aniseed silky smooth texture pink colour. sugar free and gluten free sugar creates more acid so this is good, to be used after meals and at bedtime not for use fort children under six always read the label for use. Defiantly recommend. other flavours available if don't like aniseed.

Used Gaviscon for years seen that it was a good price
Used Gaviscon for years seen this and thought what a great price ,only complaint is I thought it was Aniseed flavour I was ordering and was sent peppermint flavour and prefer aniseed flavour but will not stop me ordering again as such a good price with prime delivery.

I have used this for many years and works really well I five better than tablet indigestion relief. Aniseed is the best flavour.
