Q: I order the light khaki size 36. the picture shows a drawstring waist. the ones i received did not have.is there anyway to get the shorts pictured?

I found the drawstring on the inside of the waistband, but it wasn't obvious at first

Q: I can only wear elasticized waist (viet nam injury!). got anything? pants and shorts.

Q: Is the zipper much cheaper in the current shorts?

I compared the zipper in my pair of WenVen shorts with my other shorts and they are exactly the same size and type, which all have worked perfectly for years.

Q: Do they shrink any after the first wash?

According to the washing instructions, you must wash them in cold, hand wash, hang to dry. I imagine that if you did that, they wouldn't shrink, and if you put them in the washer they would fall apart or possibly become possessed by evil spirits. It wasn't worth the experiment, so I returned them.
